Greetings from SASHA! We are announcing the 67th SASHA workshop in the Compliance and Beyond Series. Theme: Beyond the Surface: Gender-based Microaggressions and PoSH "Microaggressions are constant, continual, and cumulative." — Dr. Derald Wing Sue, Professor of Counseling Psychology at Columbia University Microaggressions are verbal, behavioral or environmental slights that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative attitudes toward stigmatized or culturally marginalized groups. There have been several studies listing the impact of sexual and gender identity-based microaggressions experienced by women and gender minorities in the workplace. Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help you decode these subtle workplace behaviors, understand the connection between microaggressions and sexual harassment at the workplace, and build a truly respectful, inclusive team culture.
